Leadership and personal development go hand in hand, yet they each have their own distinct focus. Leadership development zeroes in on skills and qualities specific to leadership roles, while personal development encompasses a broader range of attributes for overall growth and well-being.

We believe that both are valuable and beneficial in their own right. We offer coaching, training, and resources to support the purpose, focus, and scope of each.

Personal Development

Personal Development is a lifelong journey of self-improvement and self-discovery, involving a conscious effort to grow, evolve, and become the best version of oneself.

Purpose

To help individuals become better versions of themselves, both personally and professionally.

Focus

Improving an individual’s self-awareness, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, mindset, and overall well-being.

Scope

Encompasses a wide range of skills and qualities that contribute to personal growth and fulfillment, such as resilience, time management, stress management, adaptability, and goal setting.

At Aim to Impact, we offer customized services in coaching and capacity building  to support leadership and personal development, helping individuals create greater impact in their lives, their work and their communities.

Our coaching starts with the assumption that all the answers to help maneuver through the challenges of life already exist inside of you. Our role is to support the discovery of those answers and help identify the next best step to reach your goals. We use a number of tools to support your journey as you move from where you are to where you want to be.

Consulting

We believe that for leaders to create the greatest impact, their organizations must also have alignment of focus and actions. Therefore, we use our expertise in strategic planning and operational effectiveness to help nonprofits, K–12 charters, school systems, and small business owners gain clarity on organizational identify and set long- and short-range plans to experience the greatest growth and desired impact for their stakeholders.
